Concrete: On concrete, it is ideal to use 2 coats of P220 on the floor. This will give you the most protection against moisture. After the 2nd coat of P220 is added you have 24 hours to lay glue down for best adhesion. The product takes 3-60 min between coats to dry for glue application.
Wood: On wood substrates it is recommended to only use 1 coat of P220 to let the wood breathe and not create mold issues. It is ideal for best adhesion between the P220 and the glue S220/G220 to be within the 24-hour window for best adhesion.
The application is with a 1/4″ nap roller.
