For New or sanded floors

Fusion Finish 1K can be applied using a lightweight T-bar applicator, roller, or brush. For best results on bare, unstained wood floors, use Fusion Finish 1K with Forteko primers like Fast Sealer, Clear Sealer and Nature Sealer, following label instructions. Then apply 2-3 coats of Fusion Finish 1K finish at a rate of 450-550 sq. ft. per gallon. Apply the first coat evenly on the floor using a lightweight T-bar applicator, roller, or brush, and allow it to dry for 1-2 hours. Abrade between coats if necessary, vacuum all dust, and tack with a lightly water-dampened cloth. Allow the floor to dry completely. If applying a second coat within 12 hours, abrading is not required for adhesion. For previously finished or factory-prefinished floors, apply 1-2 coats of Fusion Finish 1K at a rate of 450-550 sq. ft. per gallon, testing adhesion on a small area before recoating the entire floor. Prepare and deep clean the floor using Forteko Prep, following the label instructions. Apply the first coat evenly with a lightweight T-bar applicator, roller, or brush, and allow it to dry for 1-2 hours. Abrade between coats if necessary, then vacuum all dust and tack with a lightly water-dampened cloth. Allow the floor to dry completely. If applying a second coat within 12 hours, abrading is not needed.

For a Screen and Recoat Process

Confirm the floor is free of grease, oil, and dirt. Once done, screen the floor with a No. 180 grit screen. Do not apply Fusion 1k over surfaces previously finished with shellac, lacquer, wax, or stains containing stearates. Then, apply the Fusion 1K using the same method as for new floors.

Exceptional Durability in a Single-Component Formula

Fusion 1K is one of the toughest 1K polyurethane waterborne finishes available, offering commercial-grade strength without the need for mixing. Its 100% polyurethane composition provides long-lasting protection, making it ideal for residential and high-traffic environments. This single-component solution saves time on the job while delivering professional results.

Smooth, High-Build Base Layer

This finish dries quickly—within just 1–2 hours—helping speed up project timelines without sacrificing quality. Its self-leveling properties ensure a smooth, even coat with minimal effort, reducing the chance of visible streaks or imperfections. Whether applied with a T-bar, roller, or brush, Elevate 2K lays down beautifully every time.

Low VOC and Easy to Use

Low VOC and Easy to Use
Fast Sealer is user-friendly and designed for hassle-free application with a roller, T-bar, or brush. Its low VOC formula makes it a safer choice for indoor use without compromising performance. Easy cleanup with water and a 12-month shelf life add convenience to its list of benefits, making it ideal for professionals.

Floors previously treated with wax, polish, or oil must be sanded down to bare wood before recoating. Always test Vision Finish 1K on a small area before full application to ensure compatibility and desired results.
