For New or sanded floors

First apply a sealer then apply 2-3 coats of Elevate 2K finish at a rate of 450-550 sq. ft. per gallon. Apply the first coat evenly on the floor using a lightweight T-bar applicator, roller, or brush, and allow it to dry for 1-2 hours. Abrade between coats if necessary, vacuum all dust, and tack with a lightly water-dampened cloth. Allow the floor to dry completely. If applying a second coat within 12 hours, abrading is not required for adhesion. For previously finished or factory-prefinished floors, Buff with 180g and then apply 1-2 coats of Elevate 2K finish at a rate of 450-550 sq. ft. per gallon, testing adhesion on a small area before recoating the entire floor. For a Screen and Recoat Process

Confirm the floor is free of grease, oil, and dirt. Once done, screen the floor with a No. 180 grit screen. Do not apply Elevate 2k over surfaces previously finished with shellac, lacquer, wax, or stains containing stearates. Then, apply the Elevate 2k using the same method as for new floors.

Superior Durability and Performance

Elevate 2K is a 100% polyurethane waterborne finish designed for maximum wear resistance in both residential and commercial settings. Its thick build and high solids content deliver long-lasting protection even in high-traffic areas. This makes it ideal for environments where floors are expected to endure daily wear and tear.

Fast Drying with Exceptional Leveling

This finish dries quickly—within just 1–2 hours—helping speed up project timelines without sacrificing quality. Its self-leveling properties ensure a smooth, even coat with minimal effort, reducing the chance of visible streaks or imperfections. Whether applied with a T-bar, roller, or brush, Elevate 2K lays down beautifully every time.

High Clarity with Versatile Application

Elevate 2K delivers a crystal-clear finish that enhances the natural beauty of wood without discoloration. It’s available in matte, satin, and semi-gloss, giving professionals and homeowners flexibility in design. Plus, it can be hotcoated and used over a range of floor types, making it a versatile choice for new installs, screen-and-recoat, or previously finished surfaces.

Floors previously treated with wax, polish, or oil must be sanded down to bare wood before recoating. Always test Elevate 2K on a small area before full application to ensure compatibility and desired results.
